We have used a variety of techniques to constrain the size of the nucleus
of comet Hale-Bopp. We report the first ever detection of the nucleus of
a comet with the VLA (at 3.5~cm). We then show that the fluxes measured
in the thermal infrared (at 10~$\mu$m and 18~$\mu$m) and at the VLA yield
a consistent size for the
nucleus. We will expand on this idea at great length but we will still
get this abstract printed in less than one page.
